After recently completing a course in Leadership in Running Fitness for Ashbourne Triathlon Club, I am really keen to put it in to practice.
I am going to arrange for a session in Ashbourne that will run on Friday evening’s and cover (up to) 3.5 miles around town.
We will affectionately be called the “Huffers and Puffers”! As the name suggests – this session is for people that want to start running (or have had a break from running) and want to give it a try.
There will be no expectation and the speed will be set by the person at the back with no – one being left behind.
It’s something I’m really pleased to offer and very keen to get going, so please come along if you are interested and see what you think.
Just meet at 7pm at Ashbourne Leisure Centre car park every Friday evening.
